This is how advertisements are placed
General information
This document contains guidelines on how to behave on the website and how to publish advertisements. If the rules are violated, justsearch.ch can delete the advertisements without prior notice. Fees for additional options will not be refunded. justsearch.ch can delete advertisements even if they comply with the guidelines. This also applies to users and accounts.
The following logins are prohibited:

Registrations via known fraud/spam servers and hidden IP addresses (blacklists)

Foreign users without a telephone number and address in Switzerland

Users with a false address. Fees for additional options will not be refunded.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies to justsearch.ch. Numerous laws apply, such as the Data Protection Act, the Unfair Competition Act, the Criminal Code, the Trademark Protection Act, the Animal Welfare Act, the Personal Rights Act and the Copyright Act, to name but a few.
Responsibility for the advertisements
The user is responsible for his advertisements, which means that he is responsible for everything (including copyright for images and texts) that he publishes on the website.
Behavior
Justsearch.ch asks you to treat each other with respect. Insulting or disrespectful language will not be tolerated. Insults, discrimination, political or religious attacks are prohibited.
How advertisements are formulated and arranged
The user is responsible for ensuring that his advertisement appears in the correct category. Manipulation is not permitted. Advertisements with advertising for other sites or with clear advertising are prohibited. The headline must match the content of the advertisement. Capital letters may not be used. Internet addresses and contact details (telephone) on photos and texts are prohibited. The photo must match the advertisement.
Dealing with prohibited advertisements
In the event of violations of these rules, we reserve the right to remove the information/material from the website immediately and to block the user. We will not discuss these decisions or refund any costs.
